If washing with soap and water it is recommended to wash for at least 20 seconds (sing the Happy Birthday song twice).

All March entertainment shows have been postponed which include shows at Seneca Niagara Event Center, Seneca Niagara Bear’s Den Showroom, and Seneca Allegany Event Center.

All dining outlets have reduced their capacity.

The gaming floor at each property has been reconfigured to provide more social distancing for guests while enjoying slots and table games.

Tissues have also been provided in each restroom should guests or staff experience sneezing or coughing.

We have encouraged all team members to remain home when sick and urge our guests to do the same.

Our employees are required to wash their hands regularly and we encourage all guests to do so as well.

It is recommended that hands be washed with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.

The soap containers in all of our restrooms are continually being replenished.

We have increased EVS staffing to maintain and increase frequency of disinfecting procedures.

In addition, all doors, handles, light switches and handrails have also increased frequency of disinfection procedures.

The team at Seneca Resorts & Casinos works hard to provide the cleanest environment, routinely cleaning machines, tables and all dining surfaces.

We have placed additional hand-sanitizing stations throughout the property including at each entrance to each restroom.
